Prostate health is a sensitive subject for most men, but it is critical to know about. Research has shown that there is very little doubt that prostate health is directly related to diet. It does detect a possibility of a cancerous prostate, but studies have shown that 8 out of 10 men who show positive on the PSA test for cancer in the prostate, will die from some other cause.
